10-Step Build Quality Experience

Our Build Quality Experience is a 10-step process meant to ensure quality and keep you updated throughout the construction of your new home.

Build Quality Experience Introduction

This is your first meeting with your construction manager. Together you’ll review details about the homebuilding process, establish a preferred method of communication and more.

Inspections

We believe in going above and beyond industry standards to ensure your house is a quality, well-constructed home. Several of the Build Quality steps involve inspections including your home’s foundation, frame, and mechanics. These help us make sure we uphold our high standards.

Pre-Drywall Orientation

Halfway through your home’s construction process you’ll have the second meeting of your Build Quality Experience. At this meeting you and your construction manager will walkthrough your under-construction home and learn about the features behind the wall..

Pre-Closing Orientation

This is the third meeting of our Build Quality Experience and typically takes place one to two weeks before closing. You will meet with your construction manager and review the exterior and interior features and finishes of your new home.

Celebration

It’s time to celebrate! During this final meeting you can expect to tour home and meet your customer care manager who will provide a complete overview of our warranty and service process.
