That's because your Homeowners Association (HOA) dues help pay for maintaining your community's common areas and amenities. Not only does that help protect your property values, it ensures you'll always be proud to call Shadow Moss your home.
Maintenance of Common Areas, Lagoons, Playground, Community Activities, Newsletter and Community Intranet.
How is the governing board structured? Our board currently has 3 members (Cenetex - The Declarant) and will turnover to a fully run resident board at the "Declarant Resignation Event" where it will be run by no less than 3, no more than 5 residents.
What committees contribute to the board? A Social Events Committee and an Architectrual Review Committee contribute to the board. Routine surveys to residents are performed by Mangaement for functions and parties.
How often are HOA fees increased? From previous histroy HOA fees increase 2-4% annually.
Is Community Reserve funding collected? Yes.
