Bayridge offers a lifestyle just for you.  Included in dues for Bayridge are the following: Maintenance and use of the tropical pool, soccer field, shaded children's playground and amenities. Gated access. Individual home landscaping and front yard irrigation. Common area landscaping. Common area irrigation. Community maintenance of sidewalks, walking trails, street lights and entrance monument. Maintenance of common fencing. Maintenance of ponds and common area. Community association insurance.

2018 Budgeted Homeowner's Association Assessments:  40' Homes Sites Monthly Dues $209. 50' Home Sites Monthly Dues $220.  Homeowner association services and fees are subject to change by Declarant and/or Board Approval.
