Morton Ranch is located in Katy Texas which and is located 1.5 miles from I-10, which leads into Houston city limits within 10 to 15 minutes.  Morton Ranch also offers plenty of shopping and dinning within 5 minutes of the community.

Katy is a colorful and affluent community located just 30 minutes due West of Houston, well known for its Southern hospitality and Texas charm.
