Parkside has an ideal Houston location! The community is 10 minutes from The Medical Center and downtown Houston. It is 3 miles from Beltway 8 which can take you all around Houston. Parkside is just outside of Loop 610 with sale prices about 1/3 per sq. ft. of comparable housing.
