Millbridge is located in South Charlotte in the quaint town of Waxhaw in Union County. Union County is one of the fastest growing counties in North Carolina and has the state's second highest median household income. Known for excellent schools, a reasonable cost of living, and a variety of housing choices, Union County is no longer Charlotte's best kept secret. The town of Waxhaw provides the ideal backdrop for small town living, with big city accessibility. Its proximity to Providence Road and Hwy 521 provides easy access to all the major employment centers of Charlotte, as well as excellent shopping and dining. In 20 minutes, our residents can be in the Ballantyne area enjoying the upscale retail and entertainment venues.

Residents can shop for groceries and household necessities within five minutes of the community at the Cureton Town Center. Or take a quick 10 minute drive to Waxhaw to take advantage of the shopping and dining in the quaint downtown area. Head up Hwy 521 to Ballantyne to enjoy all the shopping and entertainment amenities of South Charlotte. Catch a movie and al fresco dinner at nearby Stonecrest and Ballantyne Village shopping centers. Charlotte is located at the crossroads of I-77 and I-85 near the North Carolina and South Carolina border. With an average of 644 airline flights daily, Charlotte Douglas International Airport provides easy access to both the US and internationally, with non-stop service to 127 destinations. The Charlotte LYNX light-rail system gives South Charlotte residents a quick alternative to commuting uptown, and the CATS bus system provides public transportation options throughout the city.
